Pickleball Tournament Coming May 8, 2026

The Mineral Wells Rotary Club is transitioning to a pickleball tournament that will debut on May 8, 2026. More information will be coming.

This new athletic event will be our annual fundraiser going forward.

20th Annual Rotary Crazy Kicker

Date: Saturday, April 5, 2025

Time: 8:00 a.m. staggered start. Registration opens at 7:00 a.m.

Start & finish location is located at the Crazy Water sign (photo below) at 200 W Hubbard St, Mineral Wells, Texas 76067.

Let this ride be the highlight of the fall. It would be difficult to find a more beautiful ride:

• Challenging hills...
  • Cherry Pie Hill - A highlight with its amazing view and challenging 6,000 feet of 5-8% slope.
  • Also featured are the Three Amigos hills.
• You could see Possum Kingdom Lake, Palo Pinto Lake, or the Brazos River - or all three!
• Event t-shirts to the first 200 riders.
• Great on-course signage.
• See the country-side where the cattle drive started out on the Goodnight Loving Trail.
